Allison Barden
Estate Planning paralegal
Allison is the estate planning paralegal at Trotter Deems & King LLC. In this role, she drafts all estate documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. Her role also includes general transactional tasks for corporations, 1031 exchanges, and real estate matters.
Deanna Bangert
Closer
Deanna is the lead closer at Trotter Deems & King LLC. She prepares and approves closing statements, works closely with lenders to prepare and finalize closing packages, and ensures all real estate files are ready to be closed as required by the contract.
Beverly Broadaway
Probate paralegal
Beverly is our probate paralegal. She prepares and files all probate petitions regarding estates, guardianships and conservatorships, including all annual filings required by the court for certain files.
Connie Knox
Pre-closer
Connie is the lead pre-closing paralegal for Trotter Deems & King LLC. In this role, she manages and coordinates all actions necessary to check and clear title, confirm insurance, and order payoffs, among many other duties.
Cassy Miller
Pre-closer
Cassy is a pre-closing paralegal, assisting with all actions necessary to prepare a real estate file for closing, including ordering payoffs, confirming homeowner’s insurance, and communication with realtors and lenders.
Michelle Vansciver
Closer
Michelle is the post-closing paralegal at Trotter Deems & King LLC, finalizing all actions required after the closing has been completed. In this role, Michelle sends payoffs, records final documents, generates final title policies, and manages all files that have been closed with the firm.
Ashley Evans-Walker
Conservatorship/Estate paralegal
Ashley is our litigation paralegal. She assists attorney Jessica King with worker’s compensation claims, general civil litigation files, and transactional real estate matters.
